I had the absolute pleasure this morning, of delivering documents to a dear friend and ex work colleague who is off to Auckland on our new Air New Zealand Hobart Auckland direct service. This lady has family in Europe she can't visit, and, pre-covid would book her own travel on-line. BUT...she has now decided she would rather use the services of an experienced travel advisor (ME!) to book for her. The value I can add, both in dollars and advice, is well worth it she says!
