About Gaye
My passion for travel began straight out of year 12 and more than 30 years later, it has never waned. After many different roles in the travel field, my primary focus now is on groups of all sizes, especially study tours after my son's experience to Indonesia and Malaysia and sporting groups after my daughter travelled to America to compete on a world stage.
I've been asked many times “where is your favourite place to travel” and quite simply, it's impossible to answer - there are too many! I have been fortunate over my 30+ years in the travel industry to travel extensively and my favourite memories are the experiences I had or the people I met, for example, sampling caviar and vodka in Russia, handing out packets of pencils to underprivileged children in Africa.
These experiences create feelings that linger long after you return home and that's what I want to bring to all my clients.
My travel bug wasn't passed down from my parents who didn't get their first passports until I was 27 but my husband and I have certainly passed it on to our two (adult) children who are both already onto their 4th passports. They have been lucky enough to travel with us within Asia, the South Pacific and the UK and Ireland, as well as living in Singapore for almost 4 years. Our daughter even took 2019 as gap year to travel in Asia and Europe, which we wholeheartedly encouraged.
The joy our son experienced on his study tour of Indonesia and Malaysia as well as the pride we felt travelling to America to watch our daughter compete in the Cheerleading Worlds competition is what led me to focus on study and sporting groups. Where are you or your kids going next? Let me make all the arrangements, with meticulous attention to detail.
