First time to use Gaye but it will definitely not be my last. I had two trips booked with another company and needed flights pre and post as well as a tour in between. Gaye suggested a couple of countries and then once I had decided, arranged my 'private tour' as well as all the necessary flights. A change of plans caused by Ethiopian Airlines was handled easily with paperwork for an insurance claim issued post trip. The MTA app was so convenient to store all the required paperwork and easy to use when documents were required. Thank you Gaye. Look forward to talking to you regarding my next adventure!

My first trip booked through Gaye from MTA. We only had approx.. 3 weeks to arrange and book everything. (Not mine or Gaye’s delay) This trip had me using another company for 5 days of my holiday. (formula 1) Gaye listened to my requests and gave other recommendations together put together a fantastic Itinerary. That fitted right in with the F1, days by myself and the group tour. Hotels were spot on for comfort & location. The MTA app was so convenient and easy to use. The service didn’t stop once I booked I had messages from Gaye when I first arrived and follow up ones. I will definitely be using Gaye again! Thank you again Gaye.

Gaye was an exceptional travel agent! We reached out to her for assistance with a corporate, in-person work event in Queensland. She recommended great hotels within budget and close to airports. She managed and coordinated flights, accommodation, dietary requirements, and confirmed plus-ones for our team of 24. The itinerary Gaye sent out to the team via the MTA app also makes a massive difference, as individuals can easily see where they need to be next. Gaye assisted our team with travel arrangements (flights and accommodation) for our recent team event at the Sunshine Coast. We had team members arriving on different days and times from 5 states - she managed this fantastically. All our questions were managed professionally, and when flights were delayed or cancelled, she managed these issues with ease and communicated the changes promptly.
