We can’t thank Kath enough for the way the whole trip was planned, from the multiple quotes that we received, as we were trying to decide what we wanted to do, to the actual final itinerary of our trip. When we receive the paperwork of all the tickets and everything was labelled and in order of our planned trip. Kath is truly a superstar. After being mucked around by another travel agent/agency, Kath was recommended by a friend and thank god he did. After our initial contact she made an appointment for the next day, meet us at our home, asked detailed questions to find out our wants and needs and came back to us within 48 hours with all our wants and needs met. From booking all our holiday, downloading our itinerary onto our phones, providing paperwork (yes, I am old school at heart) and stepping us through our next steps with precise communication both verbally and via email She held our hand thorough out the whole experience - something I like to ensure we are both on the same page. After talking to Kath for a while we immediately felt comfortable with her and we started working out our European river cruise, a Greek Island cruise and everything in between with her. Kath was very professional with every aspect of our trip, she had stacks of helpful information and advice and organised everything. The trip went very smoothly and we were really able to relax due to her organising of everything. Flights, connections, accommodation, the cruise all went extremely well. We will use Kath again if we do anymore overseas travel. Thanks Kath

Hi Kath, Thank you so much for organising our cruise on the Diamond Princess. Claire and I had a great time for the first four days, but unfortunately we both contracted nasty colds. This put an end to things, as it was necessary to isolate ourselves from other passengers. We are now OK and are looking forward to our Europe trip in June/July. We just completed a group cruise up the Queensland coast and had a fabulous time. Everything was organized for us - so convenient have a bus organized to drive down to the cruise terminal as it is quite a way out in Brisbane. Kath was on hand to assst anyone in our groupp and she helped us to set up our wifi on the ship which was not working as it should have been. When we arrived back from our cruise the bus for the journey home was waiting for us - such a smooth transition. We would recommend Kath's services and I believe she may be in the process of booking another group cruise for next year and we would definitely consider it.

Kath recently booked our trip to Europe. We couldn't recommended her highly enough. Kath listened to our needs and wants and planned our trip perfectly from flights to accomodation to train trips. Nothing was too much trouble and Kath was always contactable via phone or email - even whilst she was on holidays herself. We will definitely use her again.

This is seriously amazing as the hotel had a NO REFUNDS AT ALL policy. She is an amazing human so I suggest you get in touch next time you want to travel anywhere! I would have lost a good couple of thousand if I had just booked this myself. Especially now things are slowly moving and we will be able to travel nationally soon. Extremely highly recommended! (After we traveled to Thailand last year (booking ourselves) and all our flights got cancelled we had such a nightmare. I will never book without this wonderful travel agent again! Kath initially got a great sense of our needs and wants and turned it into a beautiful adventure without any stress!
