Mel made sure we were prepared before entering a different country and provided us with great advice. Our ferry to Gili islands from Bali was cancelled and not running for 3 days so instead of losing out on going and having to book new accomodation, Mel was quick on it sharing information that we could get there by flight which we never knew.
