Cambodia - November 2013
I organised and escorted this fabulous trip for a group of 12 ladies. Starting off with 3 days in Siem Reap to explore the magnificent Angkor Wat and Tonle Sap we then flew to Phnom Penh. There we explored the city including a visit to the Russian market an absolute treasure trove of gifts and also paid tribute to the sad history of Cambodia’s recent past at the Killing Fields. We then set off on our 8 day Cambodian cycling adventure. Our journey took us along back roads and through the countryside to the seaside towns of Kep, Kampot and Sihanoukville then up into the Cardamon Mountains to explore jungle tracks. In total we covered 450km finishing at the magnificent 4 rivers floating lodge.
