Being a Travel Advisor with MTA has allowed me to culminate my wealth of experience and passion for travel, in the form of my own home-based business. My area of expertise is the luxury, or 4-5 Star market and I love to tailor-make and design awesome experiential travel memories for my clients. I look after everything from flights, hotels, transfers to private tours and restaurant bookings. My goal is to make your holiday experience as seamless as possible for you. My clients also love the 24/7 backup and support I can provide - a great comfort if an unexpected event leaves you in urgent need of travel assistance. Most importantly, my 33 years in the business has allowed me to gain and maintain strong relationships with many hotels/tour operators and suppliers throughout the world, and it is always my pleasure to “surprise and delight” my clients throughout their trip with something special or unexpected.
Previous experience
33 years in the travel industry, including American Express Travel (8 years) and Harvey World Travel (13 years).
Areas of specialty
There are not many places in the world I have not been, though my speciality areas are Europe/UK, North America and Canada, Africa, Asia. I have a particular focus on family travel because I have kids and know what’s important and fun when travelling with them. I am also a BIG cruising fan and have sailed on, or inspected many ships throughout the world. Another area of expertise is Group and Incentive Travel, having successfully sent away many sport and school groups to exciting and unusual areas of the world.
