Chris Prouting was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so grateful he was!! Chris listened to what I wanted and ensured everything was covered as he meticulously planned every detail! From hotels to transfers, travel insurance to having all of the correct paperwork - everything was loaded onto the amazing MTA app which was so user friendly. We are so grateful we choose to engage Chris to plan and book our long awaited and anticipated holiday with our daughter to Europe. Chris Prouting from MTA had arranged a fantastic trip for my daughter and I which included several flights, cruises, trains, coach tours and private tours on a non stop 6 weeks through Mediterranean Greece, Greek island, Türkiye, Cyprus, Malta, Sicily, Italy, Paris, Spain and Dubai. Chris Prouting is the best at his job. We were very last minute on our trip we had him plan for us. He did such a great job. He went above and beyond for us and had all our transfers ready so we could get where we needed to be. He planned a great trip to New Zealand for us. It was our first time to Australia and decided it would be a good time to visit New Zealand too. He planned out things to do in each place we stayed and most of it came off without any problems. Because of weather we did have one cancellation, but we came in winter and expected some of that. Love Chris, he is exceptional. He also looks after you for your whole trip. He keeps in contact with any changes and to make sure everything is going according to plan. He double checks that your ride will be were they should be, that was very helpful. He looks out for his clients!

Since my first interaction with Chris I have been overjoyed with the services I have received. Chris is exceptionally perceptive concerning the needs of his clients. He has steered me away from inappropriate services in a very diplomatic manner and arranged far better experiences for me that I have been extremely happy with. Chris is also very caring and compassionate, taking great care to look after his clients if he thinks they may be uncertain or a little unsure during aspects of their travel. As a single (somewhat elderly) traveller, Chris has telephoned me on landing in another country to make sure I have known where to go and what to do. Not only has he rectified the problem in a very timely manner, he has arranged refunds and registered a complaint at the same time to ensure a similar mistake is not made in the future. Chris' expertise and attention to detail has been highlighted for me recently when I agreed to a holiday being arranged by a friend with another Agent. The difference is astounding! Without going in to detail, I will only deal with Chris for any future holidays! I intend for Chris to arrange all of my travel in the future. Chris’s organisation of our trip from the very first meeting to landing back home in Aus was outstanding to say the least. His communications throughout our whole trip to ensure we were kept up to date on Covid rules, reminders on what was required made our trip seamless. Chris Prouting is a thoroughly professional travel agent who bends over backwards to ensure that the holiday you want is booked and followed up. Our cruise on the Majestic Princess to New Zealand and back was a delight; when the original booking information came through, Chris was concerned that we didn't have a cabin assignment so he rang Princess Cruises to find out why. The reason - we got a cabin upgrade to a superior balcony cabin. If only the weather had been as cooperative as Chris has been - our itinerary had to be altered because the south of the South Island was about to be battered by gale force winds; although we didn't get to Port Chalmers (Dunedin) or Fiordland, we did get see Picton and sail through the Cook Strait instead. This is not the first time we have booked a holiday through Chris - in 2016, we had a brilliant time in Hawai'i, staying in Honolulu, including a day trip to the Big Island to see Kilauea. Chris arranged our accommodation in a great apartment within walking distance (1 block) from the major bus routes. Thanks Chris.

We met Chris on a cruise, at a time when I was starting to think about a planned trip to Africa to attend my daughters wedding in Cape Town. My partner had no desire to go as she had no interest in the long flights or the strange foreign land. But Chris had such contagious enthusiasm about Africa that her mind was completely changed, to the point that she was determined not to miss out on the experience. And so it was that Chris came to look after the flights for our little group of 4 people, and to make all of the arrangements for a couple of weeks of fantastic adventure around Victoria Falls and Botswana en route to Cape Town. Always one to take things to the top level, Chris managed to fit us in for a night at the fantastic Gorges Lodge outside Victoria Falls. Superb. And in a country not noted for great organisation, everything went like clockwork. The attention to detail that Chris put in paid off in spades. This was my first big trip overseas and i cannot compliment enough how fantastic a time i had the trip was planned to perfection the places were amazing that Chris had booked for me. There was no problems with anything all travel transfers and accommodation were perfect. My trip consisted of 8 flights, 10 transfers, 1 cruise, two fast trains, 7 hotels and 4 guided tours. My biggest concern was remembering what i had to do next. Chris made this amazingly simple.
