WOW! Thankyou Tracy for arranging a magnificient holiday. Our self-drive Lap of Tasmania tour couldn't have been more wonderful - we had so many activities and saw so many gorgeous places! Our trip had the right mix of activities and free time to do everything we wanted. As alwasy, Tracy arranged our accommodation to ensure that my husband had the necessary accessible requirements to make the journey easy. We have just returned from a bucket list trip which included the Magnificent Rocky Mountains in Canada and the untouched beauty of Alaska and a few days in Seattle. Tracy is the only travel agent we will have to look after us she absolutely takes care of everything - even those things we didn't know we needed! My husband has a physical disability and she looks after everything from dealing with the airlines to ensuring we have the correct accommodation wherever we stay. Without her assistance we could not have made this last trip with a wheelchair to all the fantastic locations in Canada and Alaska - we had an absolutely awesome time and Tracy is so wonderful and diligent, that she will even call us on the days prior to our departure to ensure everything is okay and we don't have any questions. I had an amazing trip – I hadn’t used a travel agent for years as I organised everything myself, but given the post-Covid situation I wanted to work with someone who was across current environment. Tracy has made me question why I ever tried to do things myself as she made the process so easy - she organised my cruise, airfares and accommodation to Japan and Alaska. She provided prompt, efficient responses and then made sure I had all of the information I needed. She managed to get me a few extra perks, pointed out options for post-cruise sightseeing, and did a mid-trip change of hotel for me when I changed my mind again … I don’t think I’d ever consider making another booking myself.

Tracy is an absolute super star. we booked a cruise pre COVID and had to swap people going, timeframes and a host of other issues popped up including people who were struggling to make the boat on time. despite making the process as hard as we possibly could have Tracy was always amazing and positive despite the challenges we threw at her. Tracy also gave me the little tips that I would never thought of, or found when looking tips up online, this really enhanced the whole trip. in the past I have used other agents but from now on I won't use anyone else, Tracy is by far the best.

Tracy is the best Travel Agent that I have used. Always goes the extra mile to make sure that her Clients are looked after. Have been through a few hair raising events with her - including Covid. Tracy organised our dream trip to America. Visiting LA Anaheim San Deigo and Las Vegas. 12 months planning went into this. Tracys knowledge help suggestions and advice went above and beyond my expectations I can not thank her enought for everything she did. From the hotels she choose for us to our flights. The universal dinsey SeaWorld and San deigo tickets the way it all fitted into her suggest intenary. Also Definitely recommend Greyhound Bus Services for interstate trips, economic, comfortable and reliable. Polynesian Cultural Centre in Hawaii is a must with four days entry for the price of one over the summer period. Polynesians are the most beautiful souls on the planet, always cheery and willing to go above and beyond. The only hiccup was with the transfer when we arrived at midnight, but a quick message to Tracy had it all sorted out. Thanks Tracy for organising our holiday in Cairns. The hotel location was central and perfect right across the road from the pool and pier and close to the night markets and restaurants . The tours were brilliant and loved the Gondola which was a fave for both of us. Having a Coffee Club cafe just under where we stayed was perfect for our 6:30am starts. I highly recommend Pho Street Vietnamese food which is at the Abbot st entrance to the night markets, they make an amazing Laksa soup. We are also very grateful to Tracy for her help in assisting us with our flight cancellation on the way home. Tracy was right onto it and had given us some different possibilities and choices which made a frustrating situation easier and hassle free. I highly recommend Tracy and would be contacting her again on our next holiday. Em

Tracy was nothing short of amazing in assisting us whilst we were recently away in Hawaii. Initially on booking, Tracy was incredibly knowledgeable and helped to shape and design our trip. We had a few issues with our hotel but I was so relieved to have Tracy on our side, assisting us from afar! Tracy was an absolute gem in arranging the perfect trip of a lifetime for our family of 5 to "The Happiest Place on Earth" Disneyland and LA. Tracy is Incredible. I wanted to book my honeymoon in Thailand but having never been there I had little to no idea of what was good or what was a good price. Tracy went above and beyond came up with several solutions around what myself and my wife were wanting from our honeymoon and for the best price fitting in with our budget. What was most impressive was the service Tracy gives, Tracy followed up whilst we were on our Honeymoon checking to make sure we were been looked after like Honeymooner's. We unfortunately were feeling a little underwhelmed at the beginning of our stay, Tracy was right onto this and within a day the Hotel definitely stepped up the service and made us feel very special.
