Hello Deb, thanks so much for organising our two-week trip to the Cook Islands. This included airfares, an escorted tour and a an additional week on our own. Deb understood my mobility issues and took these into account when booking accommodation and wheelchair assistance at airports. When I needed to confirm some details mid-trip, Deb liaised with the right people and provided information to me. A travel agent who understands the needs of clients with mobility issues is to be treasured. We are glad we booked through Deb.

Just had our last cruise on the Majestic Princess. We didn't know it was going to be her last cruise from Sydney. Shes now going to be used in the Artic and Mediterane. The service and food on this cruise was just so good.We were able to meet up with Table waiters we have had on previous cruises. We are now looking forward to Dec when the Crown Princess will be sailing from Sydney

Brilliant crew, sensational cabin, wonderful food, drinks, entertainment and service. Only complaint was our cruise ended too soon for our liking.

Our family cannot speak highly enough of Deb and her efforts to coordinate our family cruise of 8 cabins. Not only were our requests for cabins and requirements accommodated (easily) - Deb coordinated many extras to enhance our cruise experience. Our family group had multiple reasons to celebrate and all of these were considered and recognised by Deb. When Deb is emailed and asked a question, Deb responds quickly and with a solution. Our group celebrated a milestone birthday - a dinner was organised in one of the ship's restaurant along with decorations and cake. This meant so much to all our family. Myself and our whole family would not hesitate in recommending Deb for your travel requirements. We already have plans to contact Deb with our next family holiday request.

This was our first cruise with Deborah as our agent. We have recently used a Princess agent and we have never regretted the change. Deborah always keeps us up todate with all that is happening and is very prompt in answering any queries. Deborah arranged a specialty dinner for Pam and I along with our travelling companions Brian and Sheila a most enjoyable evening. We cannot fault the support we received from Deborah. Since our last cruise November 2022 the standard of entertainment has improved for a start the main curtain was working. Princess unfortunately seems to be cutting corners, perhaps trying to recoup losses incurred during Covid. The cost of alcohol such as a bottle of wine (cheapest) now costs between $50 and $65, I purchased the same brand today for $10. I understand that corkage on your own bottle brought to dinner has increased to $30. On our last voyage (Nov 22) our 2nd bottle of wine was discounted but not on this trip. The placement of chocolates on our pillows at night was a lovely inexpensive idea but sadly no more. We always feel safe on the seas with Princess their Captain and crew are very professional and always have the passengers safety in mind. We are looking forward to our next cruise. Again I wish to commend Deborah for her professionalism and attention to her customers. Ian and Pam Macdonald

Deborah is AMAZING..Just when i thought it was not possible..She made a holiday come true...I got to go to Fiji for a friend's 60th birthday..I got told all the accommodation was fully booked out..but Deb made it happen..she changed my dates & found another resort to stay at then move on to the 1 I originally wanted 2 stay at 4 days later..so that I could join my friend in celebrating.. Deb, we had such an amazing time while away! The time flew by so quickly and we didn't want to return home. From the moment we landed at the airport and then caught our return flight home, everything went so smoothly. Our Oceanview cabin was perfect, the window in cabin 3142 was quite large and we slept with the curtain open every night to catch a glimpse of us pulling into ports each morning, the experience was magical. No drinks or Wi-Fi packages purchased but we had a lot of drinks purchased for us by lovely gentleman and we used our roaming (which worked out cheaper hehe). We have booked our 2nd and 3rd cruises for 2025, back-to-back sailings and are so looking forward to our next adventure. Thank you for your help and support, we really appreciate it!

Deborah was helpful and professional during our process of booking our trip and during our trip. Deborah ensured everything was looked after and pre-booked so we could travel stress free. She was always only a text message away to assist in any small bumps along the way while travelling. We are very happy with the service and holiday Deborah provided. I am so grateful for Deborah allowing for a weekend getaway to feel so effortless as a traveller, knowing that everything was taken care of in her care. Deborah assisted myself and my two sisters with accommodation in Sydney for a well overdue "sister getaway". With access to hotel deals not available to the public direct, we not only received an upgrade at check in, but a hotel credit to be used towards food and drink, breakfast daily and a lovely welcome gift from Deborah and the MTA team. All of our booking information was received not only via email but also via post which I really appreciate as I am always a "print as back up" kind of traveller whether that be domestic or international. Whilst at times you think you are finding the best deals on your own through the various online "guaranteed the cheapest price" portals, it's the reassurance and perks of engaging a travel expert such as Deborah that you are likely missing out on.

Hi Deborah, Well this was our 31st Princess cruise- and we enjoyed it so much we have booked for another two cruises on the Majestic Princess, Any one over 85 thinking of cruising should consider a . Princess cruise. They cater very well for you and all the staff we met were so helpful.We find the cruise to Cairns and back very relaxing Looking forward to our next cruises in November 2023 we have left future deposit for a cruise in 2024 (God willing)

Highly recommend Deborah for anyone's travel needs. I initially sent a private message on facebook with an enquiry about a cruise. Response was received with an extremely competitive price. Cruise was booked through Deborah and her company - 6 weeks from departure date. All our questions were answered by private message or email - I think I only received one phone call from Deborah with regards to our booking. I am extremely hard to get a hold of by phone so Deborah provided all our answers either by message or email. We were very happy with the package Deborah was able to secure for us and will be contacting her again for another cruise booking very soon. Thanks Deborah for making these travel plans so easy.
