Terms and Conditions – Key Points
A 7-day cooling off period applies from the date a booking is received to cancellation terms applying. Deposits are non-refundable.
50% cancellation fee applies if booking is cancelled 60-89 days prior to cruise departure date.
100% cancellation fee applies if booking is cancelled 59 days or less prior to cruise departure date.
FIT bookings must be cancelled in writing to the Reservations Manager who will provide a cancellation number to confirm your request. All liability rests with the Business Partner to ensure that the cancellation was made and cancellation number received.
Amendments to dates of stay within 90 days prior to original booking arrival date will incur an administration fee of $100 per person per change. Any reduction in booked revenue as a result of the change will be subject to the same cancellation charges outlined above.
Name changes are permitted at no charge if accommodation and length of cruise is unchanged.
Guests who no-show or Business Partners who fail to notify of cancellation will be charged the entire cruise fare as per the original booking including applicable taxes.
