Everything she organised was 100% perfect, right down to our tour and train trips.. being disabled I was a bit worried but I needent have been. Michelle organised wheelchairs and lower floor hotel rooms, I could not be happier . I highly recommend Michelle and MTA for all you holidays. Thank you again Michelle hope to use you again one day. This was the first time I had used an agent for travel, and now I don’t know I why I hadn’t sooner. Michelle made everything easy, especially when travelling internationally with kids. Michelle organised our flights from here to Istanbul, Bodrum, Rhodes, Milan, Palermo, Rome and back home again. All of the flights ran smoothly, especially getting the premium economy on the longest two flights. We organised our accommodation ourselves and with the other couples but will definitely be getting Michelle to organise them in future and also some tours, that way we can really relax. Always felt that we could count on you at any time we had any issues. Highlights of our travels were Istanbul and Rome as two of the most interesting cities. Visiting Gallipoli and Troy also a sobering but fascinating tour.. The piece de resistance, was our week on the Gulet, cruising the Turkish gulf of hisaronu - we used a local company out of Bodrum for this. Michelle Ramplin was the MTA Travel Expert that organised a wonderful Back Roads Tour of Croatia, a Uniworld river cruise through the Burgundy region of France as well as all flights and train travel in Germany for me. All went smoothly except my luggage was lost for 20 days (at no fault of MTA) so I would suggest travelers purchase one of those air tags for your cases as it would have made it much easier to locate the luggage. I would totally recommend Michelle and the tours that she suggested as they were both absolutely amazing.

Michelle arranged a first rate 2 week holiday for our family in Vietnam. The trip was fabulous and superbly organised. We are so glad we listened to all of Michelle’s recommendations, particularly with the Azalea junk on Halong Bay. She knows her stuff! All our tour guides were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The tours were designed to incorporate interesting things for our twin teenage daughters ( such as silver jewellery making) and they loved it. Just back from our first BIG overseas holiday! Thanks to Michelle, you thought of everything! An Insight Vacations tour of Britain, Ireland for 22 days was simply amazing we had nothing to worry about, except to be on the bus at the right time(which we did with ease) A week with friends, 3 days in London sight seeing, then as arranged by Michelle a train trip to Paris and wonderful accommodation, a tour of the Eiffel Tower and pick up to the airport to get home. We were delayed leaving Paris, missed our connection in Singapore. We were then put up in the Crown Plaza Singapore courtesy Singapore Airlines. As soon as we missed our connection to Darwin, Michelle was in contact to make sure we were being looked after. I have no hesitation in recommending Michelle as your travel agent. She listens to what you want and is almost present all the way. Thank you
